About the role

Koncept Global Books (Arihant Publications) is seeking a Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver engaging workshops and seminars that promote personal development across schools in the National Capital Region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on soft skills and life‑skills development.
• Assess the needs of participants and tailor training sessions accordingly.
• Create and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to help individuals improve their skills.
• Collaborate with other trainers and professionals to enhance the overall training experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on participants' lives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel to schools in Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida for conducting workshops.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to assess learner needs and adapt content accordingly.
