About the role
The Social & Resettlement Specialist will lead rehabilitation and resettlement activities for hydropower and pumped storage projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and compliance with relevant policies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor R&R implementation.
- Coordinate stakeholder consultations.
- Address community grievances.
- Monitor livelihood restoration.
- Verify compensation.
- Coordinate with local administration.
- Maintain social records.
- Prepare compliance reports.
- Support public consultations.
- Monitor social impacts.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
