Social Media Strategist

About the role

Doors Studio is seeking a Social Media Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and marketing objectives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter (X).
• Define content pillars, tone of voice and storytelling frameworks for each brand.
• Collaborate with creative, design, video and copy teams to ensure high‑quality content execution.
• Analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, CTR and conversions.
• Identify trends, platform updates and content opportunities to improve organic and paid performance.
• Manage brand communication, community engagement and reputation across social channels.
• Align organic and paid social strategies with performance marketing teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Guide influencer collaborations, UGC strategies and campaign‑led content.

Required profile

• Strong experience in social media strategy and content planning.
• Hands‑on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends and best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling multiple brands in an agency environment is a plus.
• Exposure to healthcare, real estate, education or service‑based brands is preferred.
