Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Swiggy is looking for a dynamic Manager to lead social media strategy and content for its flagship brand and a new sub‑brand. Based in Bangalore, you will shape the voice of Swiggy across Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other platforms, driving engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Swiggy India’s legacy handle and a newly launched sub‑brand.
• Plan, create and manage the social content calendar across all channels.
• Design and launch innovative campaigns that boost reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Experiment with emerging content formats and platforms to stay ahead of trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (partnerships, business) to identify and amplify win‑win opportunities.
• Manage creative agencies and external partners, providing briefs, feedback and ensuring high‑impact deliverables.
• Measure performance using listening and analytics tools, generate insights and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Oversee agency/vendor onboarding, legal, finance and account processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for brands, either within an agency or on the brand side.
• Strong track record of building and scaling social media presence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and execute data‑driven strategies.
