Social Media Marketer

About the role

Hybridig Marketing Solutions is seeking a full‑time Social Media Marketer to work on‑site in Kozhikode. You will plan, launch and optimise social media campaigns across key platforms, manage daily posting schedules and ensure content drives engagement and reach for our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Monitor channel performance, analyse metrics and adjust tactics to improve engagement and ROI.
• Manage community interactions, respond to audience comments and messages promptly.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers and the broader digital marketing team.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes and propose optimisation ideas.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO).
• Ability to design and implement effective content strategies that meet audience needs.
• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid campaigns and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the capacity to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
