About the role

Cook With Rupam Sehtya, a leading Indian food content platform, is seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to expand its digital footprint and deepen audience engagement across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and emerging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars tailored to each platform.
• Design platform‑specific strategies for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Shorts/Reels and new channels.
• Research trends, propose fresh content formats and campaign ideas to boost reach and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce weekly and monthly reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Coordinate brand collaborations, ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, and track results.
• Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to identify viral opportunities.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure smooth workflow from ideation to publishing, maintaining archives and documentation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on social media management experience.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Shorts/Reels ecosystems.
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and brand partnership processes.
• Passion for food, cooking and digital storytelling (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with creators, influencers or food brands.
