Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to shape and elevate the digital presence of Della Townships and its Managing Director. The role blends luxury branding, visual storytelling, and executive positioning to engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a cohesive content roadmap for the brand and the MD’s personal brand, highlighting innovation, entrepreneurship, luxury living, hospitality, design, and leadership.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute photo and video shoots for properties, events, launches, and experiential activations, coordinating locations, talent, and production logistics.
• Produce platform‑specific assets such as reels, short‑form videos, interviews, behind‑the‑scenes features, and campaign creatives, ensuring high visual quality and consistent tone.
• Manage the MD’s digital presence through thought‑leadership content, media appearances, and day‑to‑day leadership moments.
• Oversee publishing schedules, monitor audience conversations, and collaborate with internal teams, creators, influencers, and agencies.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in brand marketing, digital content, social platforms, or personal brand management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, video production, and editorial planning.
• Experience working with founders, CXOs, luxury brands, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle businesses.

• Proficiency with Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with After Effects.
• Proficiency with CapCut.
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro.
