About the role

True Hope Foundation is seeking a creative, responsible, and result‑driven Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence. You will turn real‑life humanitarian stories into compelling social media content that inspires donors and amplifies the impact of our campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish daily content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop monthly social media calendars covering campaigns, festivals, donor appeals, impact stories and awareness topics.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, reels scripts and donor‑appeal messages.
• Coordinate with content, video editing, design and performance‑marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor trends, viral formats, reels ideas and fundraising content styles.
• Execute festival‑based campaigns, awareness days and donation appeals.
• Manage comments, messages, donor queries and community engagement professionally.
• Collect updates, videos, photos and impact stories from NGOs and field teams.
• Track performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, shares and audience growth.
• Identify and report fake pages, content misuse or scam accounts.
• Collaborate with influencers and partner pages for promotions.

Required profile

• Creative storyteller able to convert real‑life narratives into emotional, donation‑focused content.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Result‑driven mindset with a focus on donor engagement and campaign impact.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and their algorithms.
• Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of reels, short‑video trends, hashtags and viral content formats.
• Excellent writing skills in both Hindi and English.
