Social Media Manager

About the role

DROPZ is India’s first limited‑edition platform that blends fashion, lifestyle and culture through exclusive drops. As the Social Media Manager you will own the organic social channel, turning each product launch into an ongoing conversation that fuels demand and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a daily organic social content system that aligns with drop strategy, cultural moments and brand voice.
• Maintain a platform‑specific content calendar, plan weekly themes, formats and cadence, and handle scheduling, captions, hooks and quality checks.
• Drive community growth by responding to comments and DMs, launching conversation prompts and establishing reply standards.
• Coordinate with creators, editors and designers, write briefs, manage approvals and ensure assets are delivered with correct specifications.
• Create reusable content frameworks such as series templates, countdown structures and community rituals.
• Monitor performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, traffic) and adjust topics, formats and posting times weekly.
• Collaborate with Growth and Partnerships on campaign rollouts, teasers, announcements and post‑drop recaps.
• Stay current on cultural trends, memes, platform shifts and algorithm changes, applying only those that fit DROPZ.
• Maintain an organized content pipeline and document moderation guardrails and escalation playbooks.

• Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, always‑on environment.
