Social Media Manager – GenZ Culture Lead

About the role

Mélange Digital is looking for a GenZ‑savvy Social Media Manager to own its cultural voice across all digital channels. You will shape the agency’s online personality, ride emerging trends, and turn travel‑focused FAM trips into compelling, scroll‑stopping content.

Key responsibilities

• Run Mélange’s social presence end‑to‑end on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms, defining the brand’s voice in real time.
• Spot and act on trends before they peak, deciding which formats and memes are worth amplifying.
• Travel on familiarisation trips with creators and celebrities, capture behind‑the‑scenes footage, and produce weeks of content from a single short‑term shoot.
• Direct video production: assess lighting, hook placement, and edit rhythm; shoot and edit vertical videos yourself and brief external videographers.
• Manage talent relationships, coordinate creators and influencers, and ensure a smooth on‑set experience.
• Contribute to internal culture by sharing agency moments, fostering team spirit, and showcasing the workplace vibe.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience running social media for a brand, agency, creator or media company, with a portfolio of proud work.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑ground productions such as FAM trips, influencer shoots or location‑based campaigns (non‑negotiable).
• Proven shooting and editing ability using CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar mobile‑first workflows.
• Demonstrated talent‑handling skills with creators, influencers or celebrities.
