Social Media & Growth Manager – Indian Languages

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media & Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our Indian-language channels across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and emerging regional platforms. The role will oversee a multilingual team, define strategy and ensure high-impact content reaches millions of native speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a growth roadmap for Sadhguru‑related Indian-language channels on major and regional platforms.
• Own the content calendar, including long‑form videos, Shorts/Reels and Stories tailored to each language audience.
• Guide scripting, titling and thumbnail design to maximise click‑through‑rate, retention and shares.
• Plan and run digital campaigns for events, collaborating with regional creators and influencers.
• Analyse performance using YouTube Studio and Meta analytics, conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing targeting Indian-language audiences.
• Proven track record of scaling YouTube channels or social media handles.
• Deep understanding of Indian cultural nuances, audience preferences and emerging trends.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
