Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

INJA Wellness is looking for a proactive Social Media & Community Manager to own the day‑to‑day interaction with our customers and influencers. You will turn our Instagram DMs, comments, and user‑generated content into meaningful conversations while building long‑term influencer partnerships that drive authentic brand advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to every Instagram DM within 5 minutes during working hours with personalized answers.
• Monitor and engage with comments on all posts, encouraging discussion rather than simple moderation.
• Identify, track, and reshare user‑generated content; motivate customers to share results, reviews, and unboxings.
• Escalate product questions, complaints, or order issues to the appropriate team on the same day.
• Maintain a tracker of 50+ relevant fitness, beauty, skincare, and wellness influencers.
• Conduct personalized outreach, manage the full influencer workflow from briefing to post‑publication follow‑up.
• Report monthly on influencer reach, saves, and link traffic.
• Publish three LinkedIn posts per week with education‑focused content on collagen and wellness for B2B audiences.
• Support the external agency by providing raw assets, simple product photography, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Deliver weekly reports on DM response rates, influencer activity, LinkedIn engagement, and collected UGC.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Passion for health, beauty, and wellness trends.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable tracking metrics and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
• Experience using influencer outreach and relationship‑building techniques.
• Basic content creation skills (product flat‑lays, quick video explainers).
• Familiarity with reporting tools to track engagement metrics.
