Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

HumbleBean is seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media & Community Manager to expand its digital footprint and nurture a vibrant local community around its coffee brand. The role blends content creation, influencer collaboration, event planning, and on‑ground activation to drive footfall to its cafés.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram and other social platforms.
• Develop and execute content calendars and social campaigns.
• Shoot, edit, and publish reels, stories, and short‑form videos.
• Build relationships with local communities, influencers, and partners.
• Plan and run events, tastings, and brand activations.
• Drive online and offline customer engagement.
• Track performance metrics and recommend growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, community, or brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, trends, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in hospitality, food, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
• Self‑starter with a passion for building communities and delivering results.
