Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

RACEiN PARC, Bengaluru’s premier indoor RC racing venue, is seeking a creative Social Media & Community Manager to shape its digital presence. You will drive audience growth, craft compelling short‑form content, and nurture an enthusiastic community of motorsport fans both online and offline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google Business Profile and other platforms.
• Coordinate video shoots, photography sessions and content production with creators, videographers and editors.
• Maintain brand tone, visual identity and consistent publishing schedules.
• Engage with followers by responding to DMs, comments, reviews and community queries.
• Monitor analytics, track performance metrics and report weekly insights.
• Identify viral trends, meme opportunities and generate fresh content ideas.
• Support influencer collaborations and brand partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for brands, startups or creators.
• Strong grasp of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current content trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organized work style.
• Passion for cars, motorsports, gaming or RC culture.
