About the role
The Verification Engineer will lead functional verification activities for complex SoC/subsystem designs, ensuring robust test coverage and compliance with architectural specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop verification test benches, drivers, monitors, and response checkers using UVM and advanced VIPs.
- Create directed and constrained‑random stimulus, manage regression suites, and analyze coverage results.
- Debug RTL and gate‑level failures, perform root‑cause analysis, and maintain traceability to requirements.
Required profile
- BTech/MTech with 5‑10 years of experience in SOC/subsystem verification of multi‑million gate designs.
- Strong understanding of microcontroller architectures, ARM cores, interconnects, and bus protocols such as AHB, AXI, ACE.
Required skills
- C programming, SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL.
- UVM methodology, coverage‑driven verification, regression management.
- Simulation tools: Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor.
- Experience with memory controllers (Flash, SRAM, DDR3/4/LPDDR) and protocols like PCIe, MIPI, Ethernet, USB.
- Low‑power verification using CPF and UPF.
