SOC Infra – Perimeter Security Engineer

About the role

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Infrastructure team is looking for a Perimeter Security Engineer to design, implement and maintain security controls that protect the organization’s network edge. Based in Thane, the role focuses on safeguarding against cyber threats and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage perimeter security solutions including firewalls, NGFW, VPN, IDS and secure web proxy.
• Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments and provide remediation recommendations.
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures, threat detection guidelines and compliance monitoring frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls into existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users on security best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in SOC operations or a related cyber‑security role.
• B.Sc. degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts and technologies.
