Skills Trainer

About the role

Hornbill JOBS is seeking a full‑time Skills Trainer to join its Mumbai office. You will design, deliver, and evaluate soft‑skill, life‑skill, and communication training programs for a variety of learner groups, helping clients improve employee performance and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update training curricula, materials, and presentations aligned with client needs.
• Facilitate interactive, engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Assess participant requirements, track learning outcomes, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to customize modules.
• Stay current with best practices in training and contribute to continuous improvement of the training portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering structured learning programs.
• Ability to coach and train on soft skills and life skills for varied learner profiles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR, Psychology, Education or related fields are a plus.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and collaborative skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with presentation software.
• Experience using learning platforms or similar digital training tools.
