Site Supervisor – Residential Interior Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the execution of residential interior projects in North Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the site from hand‑over through to client sign‑off, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site execution from hand‑over to final client sign‑off, monitoring daily activities against schedules.
• Maintain site discipline, safety standards, cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Identify and mitigate execution risks proactively.
• Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false‑ceiling teams and other specialised vendors.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Take accurate site measurements, prepare and verify BOQs, monitor material consumption and control wastage.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, cross‑check installations and prevent re‑work.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, layouts and detailing packages and resolve technical queries with designers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in residential interior execution.
• Strong accountability, problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead vendors and on‑site workforce effectively.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
