Site Supervisor – Residential Construction

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily activities on a residential construction site in Panchkula. The role involves ensuring that work progresses on schedule, meets quality standards, and complies with approved drawings and specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a daily on‑site presence and monitor all construction operations.
- Conduct quality checks and verify work against approved drawings and specifications.
- Track material deliveries, usage, and wastage, and manage site inventory.
- Prepare daily reports with documentation and photographs.
- Identify, document, and proactively escalate any deviations, delays, or risks.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of hands‑on site supervision experience in residential construction.
- Availability to work on‑site six days a week.
- Strong observation, communication, and reporting abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in reading architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and sequencing.
