Site Supervisor – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are a design‑and‑build practice based in Kirumambakkam, Puducherry, seeking a Site Supervisor to support the execution of residential and commercial building projects. The role involves on‑site supervision, coordination with contractors and labour teams, and ensuring work aligns with project drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate labourers, contractors, and site teams to maintain workflow.
• Interpret architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and civil drawings during execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and project requirements.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of site activities.
• Monitor material availability, track site requirements, and maintain records of materials, billing, and labour.
• Provide regular progress updates and report execution‑related issues.

Required profile

• Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Willingness to travel across project sites in and around Pondicherry and Cuddalore.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence.

• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
• Basic understanding of construction measurements and processes.
