Site Supervisor

About the role

Happy Homez India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to manage on‑site activities for modular kitchen, wardrobe, vanity and door installations in Gurugram. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and delivering high‑quality workmanship on multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for interior fit‑out projects, including installation of modular furniture and fixtures.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors and vendors to meet project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, production and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision or construction coordination within interior fit‑outs or modular furniture.
• Strong knowledge of installation processes, basic civil and carpentry practices, and material specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
• Effective team‑management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites in the NCR region.
