Site Supervisor

About the role

Studio Sahasrara is seeking an on‑site Site Supervisor to keep construction projects moving from design to reality. You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, travelling between active sites, directing work, and ensuring that plans are executed correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Travel daily to multiple project sites, monitor progress and resolve real‑time issues.
• Interpret architectural and construction drawings and translate them into actionable on‑site tasks.
• Instruct site workers, outline upcoming milestones and keep trades aligned.
• Provide clear, accurate daily progress updates and site logs to project leads.
• Perform on‑site quality control, identifying and correcting execution mistakes before they become costly.

Required profile

• Completed a basic course or diploma in Architecture, Construction, Drafting, or Civil Engineering.
• Basic understanding of architectural concepts and how a construction site operates.
• Willingness to travel between sites each day and work independently.
• Strong communication skills for giving firm instructions and reporting progress.

Required skills

• Reading technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of construction site management
