Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day activities on construction and interior fit‑out projects. The role involves overseeing manpower, monitoring progress, and ensuring that work is completed on time while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and interior site activities.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and guarantee timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and labour teams.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce safety regulations.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Inspect received materials and ensure proper usage.
• Prepare daily progress reports for management.
• Resolve site‑related issues and report major concerns promptly.
• Maintain documentation and ensure site cleanliness.
• Minimize material waste and support project handover activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, interior fit‑out, or site supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of construction methods, site management, and project execution.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate work accordingly.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
