Site Supervisor

About the role

Polycoates Engineering Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on‑site engineering activities for corrosion management and coating projects in the Bharuch district. The role involves overseeing surface preparation, coating application, and quality control while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for corrosion protection and coating works.
• Monitor quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and maintain compliance with AMPP and third‑party standards.
• Liaise with civil and structural engineering teams, contractors, and inspection personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily site records, support project planning, and resolve technical issues on site.
• Communicate progress, risks, and corrective actions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong on‑site supervision experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Good communication skills for coordination with project teams and inspection authorities.
• Knowledge of corrosion protection, industrial coatings, and safety practices in plant environments (advantageous).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
