Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day execution activities on industrial and construction sites, ensuring that all work follows approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role acts as the primary on‑site liaison between the client, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to meet project requirements.
• Verify that work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless operations.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Identify, document, and escalate site issues, technical deviations, delays, and risks.
• Review material availability and manage utilization to prevent delays and waste.
• Maintain daily progress records, inspection reports, and other documentation.
• Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and client discussions.
• Enforce safety procedures, site regulations, and company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical.
• 12‑15 years of experience in site execution, construction supervision, and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of industrial site safety standards and quality compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
