About the role
We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily on‑site activities and ensure that construction projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. The role involves close coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep the site running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and manage the on‑site workforce.
- Verify that all work aligns with design drawings and quality specifications.
- Coordinate activities with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and report status to management.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience working on construction sites.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings.
- Strong coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
