Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor at Ark Spaces oversees the day‑to‑day execution of construction and interior projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the on‑site representative of the company, the supervisor coordinates with contractors, vendors, and clients to achieve project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the site daily, conduct labour briefings and allocate work.
• Supervise site activities, inspect progress, resolve issues, and record photographic updates.
• Maintain quality control, conduct inspections, and verify completed work.
• Manage labour productivity, material stock, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update documentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with company protocols.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, clients, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may be considered).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
