Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering quality work on schedule. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage both personnel and resources on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site activities, schedule worker tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety rules (including PPE usage), and implement accident protocols.
• Ensure work aligns with blueprints, design specifications, and building codes, rectifying errors promptly.
• Supervise employees and subcontractors, monitor productivity, and maintain a disciplined work environment.
• Maintain daily logs and prepare progress reports for Project Managers and clients.
• Arrange timely delivery and proper storage of construction materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to coordinate on‑site activities and schedule tasks.
• Experience supervising employees and subcontractors in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and accident response procedures.
• Understanding of building codes, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Strong organizational skills for reporting and logistics management.
