Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Site Supervisor to lead daily construction activities on our township projects. The role ensures that civil, structural and finishing works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and schedule while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction tasks, verify work against drawings and specifications, and monitor progress of civil, structural and finishing works.
• Optimize utilisation of manpower, materials and equipment and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Conduct quality inspections, identify defects and enforce corrective actions to uphold construction standards.
• Manage labour and contractor workforce, maintain attendance and productivity records, and ensure work meets planned milestones.
• Track receipt, storage and usage of materials, liaise with stores and procurement to guarantee timely availability and minimise waste.
• Enforce site safety procedures, perform regular safety checks and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Prepare daily progress reports, document site records and communicate issues, delays and resource needs to the Site Engineer/Project Engineer.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil Construction (relevant experience may substitute).
• 3–8 years of experience in residential, commercial, township, villa or high‑rise construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, materials and site operations.
• Proven ability to lead labour teams and coordinate effectively with contractors.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices.
