Site Supervisor

About the role

Della Townships is looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities on its project sites. The role ensures that civil, structural and finishing works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards while maintaining safety and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction tasks, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress of civil, structural and finishing works and optimise use of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Inspect work for quality, identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain attendance, productivity records and oversee labor and contractor workforce.
• Track receipt, storage and usage of materials, coordinating with stores and procurement to avoid wastage.
• Enforce site safety procedures, conduct regular safety checks and report incidents.
• Prepare daily progress reports, document site records and communicate issues to the Site/Project Engineer.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil Construction (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 8 years of experience in residential, commercial, township, villa or high‑rise construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, materials and site operations.
• Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate effectively with contractors.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality practices.
