Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to manage daily activities on construction sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks meet schedule deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and vendors.
• Maintain site records, attendance and daily progress reports.
• Enforce safety regulations and company standards.
• Track material usage and report shortages or requirements.
• Assist with quality control and site inspections.
• Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to management.

Required profile

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of construction and site‑management practices.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
