Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

About the role

Crystal Interiors is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the execution of interior projects in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for turning design concepts into reality on site, overseeing modular furniture installations and ensuring high‑quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise end‑to‑end execution of residential and commercial interior projects.
• Manage and install modular furniture, guaranteeing precision and quality.
• Read, interpret, and prepare CAD/interior drawings as required.
• Plan and coordinate labour schedules for efficient site operations.
• Resolve on‑site challenges and liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, transport teams, and material suppliers.
• Ensure the approved design is executed accurately and monitor project timelines, quality, and progress.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and professional standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising residential or commercial interior projects.
• Hands‑on experience with modular furniture installation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of interior working drawings.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
