Site Supervisor – Interior Design Projects

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to lead interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. The role involves daily oversight of site activities, coordination with contractors and vendors, and maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on‑site activities, including false ceiling, electrical and carpentry works.
• Manage vendors to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with designs, providing weekly visual updates.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders regarding status and issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage inventory to avoid delays.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Experience working on residential interior projects.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in interior supervision or site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own vehicle for daily commute to sites.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
