Site Supervisor – Fencing Division

About the role

The Site Supervisor – Fencing Division will lead on‑site activities for fencing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule and to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of the site, including progress reporting and drawing registers.
• Assess new job requirements and ensure familiarity with all specifications.
• Interact with clients to clarify specifications, obtain sign‑offs on samples, QCPs and drawings.
• Maintain and update site‑specific documentation such as QCP, Project Plan and requisitions.
• Liaise with the Health & Safety Officer to meet SHE requirements.
• Oversee installation according to drawings and guidelines.
• Organise and control site transport and arrange all required permits and risk assessments.
• Monitor performance of site employees and manage stock, tools and equipment.
• Update progress certificates, notify delays and attend client site meetings.
• Ensure timely administration of documentation to head office.
• Train and supervise staff, update project progress and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on technical installation experience.
• Proven ability to drive jobs to completion.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and resilience.
• Ability to motivate and discipline on‑site staff.
• Physical endurance for work in varied weather conditions.
• Familiarity with fencing materials and installation techniques.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Fencing installation techniques.
