Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality control.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to identify challenges and necessary modifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules, allocate resources, and set work priorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports and incident logs.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to meet project specifications.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce protocols to prevent accidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with a proven track record as a site supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Problem‑solving ability and capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
