Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

ArchPro, a project delivery company operating across Indian cities, is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on‑site execution of residential and interior projects in Kochi. The role involves coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site labour for smooth project progress.
• Monitor project timelines, provide regular updates, and maintain daily site reports with photographic documentation.
• Enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
• Verify material deliveries, manage site logistics, and resolve execution issues promptly.
• Assist in planning activities to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience supervising residential, interior, hospitality or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and basic MEP drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills with contractors, vendors and consultants.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required.
