Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead and manage the construction of multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to high‑quality standards. You will coordinate daily activities, oversee subcontractors, and act as the primary point of contact for on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assign day‑to‑day tasks to project supervisors and monitor progress from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures that meet design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify potential delays, develop mitigation strategies, and keep projects on schedule.
• Verify bills, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records for each site.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors to guarantee timely material delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role within a construction company.
• Willingness to work long hours and travel between multiple construction sites.
• Basic knowledge of first aid practices.
