Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

ASKANS is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day construction activities at our Tiruchirappalli office. You will be the on‑site point of contact, ensuring that work follows design drawings, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise construction activities, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Coordinate daily work schedules with project managers, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
• Document progress through reports, photographs, and checklists.
• Track materials and equipment, verify measurements, and support quantity checks.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly and communicate updates to all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in construction supervision and site coordination.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Tiruchirappalli.
