Site Supervisor – Construction & Interior Projects

About the role

Adam Design Studio is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day activities on its construction and interior execution projects in Kochi. The role involves on‑site leadership, coordination with contractors and design teams, and ensuring that work complies with drawings, specifications, safety standards and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction and interior execution activities on assigned project sites.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, vendors, and design teams to maintain workflow.
• Monitor material usage, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address on‑site issues in collaboration with project managers and designers.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and support smooth hand‑over of completed spaces.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision and construction management, preferably in residential, commercial or institutional interior projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and technical drawings with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities for tracking progress and maintaining records.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, vendors and design teams.
• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design or a related field is advantageous.
