Site Supervisor – Construction & Interior Fit‑out

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to support on‑ground execution and daily monitoring of our civil and interior fit‑out projects. Working closely with the Site Engineer, you will ensure that work progresses according to schedule, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and labour as per the work schedule.
• Assist with site marking, measurements, and basic setting‑out under the guidance of the Site Engineer.
• Monitor that work follows approved drawings and quality standards; report any issues promptly.
• Track material usage and coordinate with vendors and contractors on site.
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.
• Support adherence to site safety and housekeeping practices.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech Civil.
• 0–3 years of experience; freshers with strong basics are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time and learn quickly.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Required skills

• Ability to read basic construction and interior drawings.

What we offer

• Salary range ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
