Site Supervisor – Civil

About the role

Gazella Interiors is looking for a Site Supervisor – Civil to lead on‑site activities for villa and small‑scale civil construction projects. The role focuses on execution, monitoring, and ensuring that work is carried out safely and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site operations for villa and civil construction works.
• Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep the schedule on track.
• Monitor progress against plans and specifications.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the site.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Report status, issues, and corrective actions to project management.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising civil construction sites, preferably residential or villa projects.
• Strong ability to execute plans and monitor work progress.
• Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and make decisions quickly.
