Site Project Manager

About the role

Buildown Developers is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead residential construction projects in Trivandrum. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor residential construction projects from start to completion.
• Supervise daily site activities in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient site operations.
• Enforce safety regulations and statutory compliance.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical or site‑related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Manage project documentation, site records, and work approvals.
• Facilitate smooth project handover and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or real‑estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (advantage).
