Site Manager / QA (2-year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / QA to lead large‑scale civil construction projects on a two‑year contract. The role covers the full lifecycle of infrastructure works, from mobilisation to site closure, with a strong focus on quality, safety and statutory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction activities on site, ensuring work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour teams and senior engineers to resolve construction issues and maintain project quality.
• Monitor progress, timelines and daily site reports, ensuring milestones are met.
• Check construction materials and quality, and enforce safety procedures and statutory regulations.
• Identify and assess site risks, communicate potential impacts to the Project Manager and support mitigation planning.
• Oversee technical closure of the site, ensuring all deliverables are completed to specification.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large or mid‑size civil works, including power‑plant or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver site completion on time, within quality standards and statutory compliance.
• Strong independent working capability in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments and teams on site.
• Skilled in risk‑management strategies and safety compliance.
