Site Manager – Plant Maintenance (Electrical)

About the role

The Site Manager will lead plant maintenance activities for high‑voltage switchyards and electrical distribution systems at our Pantnagar facility. You will ensure safe, reliable operation of 132 kV and 220 kV assets while driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of 132 kV/220 kV switchyards and HT/LT distribution networks.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of MV switchgear (ABB HPA24 series) and LV switchgear (Siemens 3AH3/3AH5, Schneider).
• Implement EHS standards specific to service projects and monitor compliance.
• Prepare and analyse MIS reports covering routine work, complaints, material usage, breakdowns and KPI performance.
• Lead daily planning, resource allocation, 5S implementation and skill mapping of the maintenance team.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with a valid Supervisor licence.
• 8‑12 years of experience in plant maintenance, specifically in high‑voltage switchyard operation.
• Strong knowledge of EHS rules, electrical standards, and safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage teams, material logistics and KPI‑driven performance.
