Site Manager

About the role

BuildOwn Developers is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily construction activities on our premium villa projects in Kochi. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures that all work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, manage materials and equipment, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Resolve on‑site issues in collaboration with project managers and architects.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports and communicate timelines to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site management or construction supervision for residential or villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with Kochi regulations and local construction practices is an advantage.
