Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the planning, execution and supervision of industrial and infrastructure projects. The role ensures that all site activities are performed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards, coordinating closely with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end site execution ensuring safety, schedule and quality.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Plan and supervise installation, testing, commissioning and related activities.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site personnel for optimal workflow.
• Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Enforce safety, quality, statutory and regulatory compliance on site.
• Review manpower, equipment and material availability to maintain uninterrupted execution.
• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections and coordination sessions with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, technical issues and bottlenecks and work with engineering and project management for resolution.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection records and daily activity logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or EEE.
• 8‑10 years of experience in site management and industrial project execution.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of 220 kV switchyard, 220 kV GIS, 188 MVA transformers, 11 kV switchboards and cable laying.
• Familiarity with quality systems, industrial safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing site teams and cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities under demanding site conditions.
