Site Management Controller

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Site Management Controller to join its Site Financial Control team. The role will support the site’s financial performance by driving monthly closing, reporting and control processes in a high‑tech automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in, understand and challenge the monthly closing process.
• Provide variance analysis of monthly results versus budget and prior month across all P&L and activity lines.
• Consolidate weekly financial performance reporting and key performance indicators such as overdue external and internal items and internal control metrics.
• Coordinate “Back on Track” actions and contribute to budget and multi‑year planning processes, including guidelines, recharges and standard templates.
• Benchmark and standardise management control tools; deliver ad‑hoc analyses as required.
• Propose solutions for inter‑site, product line and product group disputes (transfer pricing, R&D recharges).
• Conduct on‑site management control reviews and pre‑validate IAR and CAA workflows.
• Ensure deployment of standard tools from Group/Division/PG/PL within the region.
• Support Group Ethics & Compliance program by adhering to Valeo’s code of ethics and policies.

Required profile

• Permanent full‑time position (CDI) in a multinational automotive supplier.
• Strong background in financial control, management reporting and budgeting.
• Experience with monthly closing, variance analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to work across sites and product groups to resolve financial disputes.
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance.
