Site Liaison Manager – Construction Project (Chandrapur/Chimur/Tadoba)

About the role

Samskara Resorts is launching a new luxury resort in Tadoba and needs a hands‑on Site Liaison Manager to coordinate on‑ground activities across Chandrapur, Chimur, Tadoba and occasional trips to Nagpur. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on construction‑stage execution, not hotel pre‑opening operations.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain building plan approvals, local permits, NOCs and handle government office interactions.
• Coordinate early‑stage site work such as fencing, groundwork, surveys, site access and utilities.
• Meet local contractors, vendors, surveyors, consultants and service providers in person.
• Collect quotes, compare vendors, negotiate terms and report daily progress.
• Travel frequently between Chandrapur, Chimur, Tadoba and Nagpur as required.
• Provide management with practical status updates, identify blockers, cost implications, vendor options and next steps.

Required profile

• Resident of Chandrapur, Chimur, Tadoba, Nagpur or nearby area.
• Familiar with the local region and comfortable with frequent field movement.
• Experience working with local builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure or similar regional businesses.
• Hands‑on experience handling site work, vendor coordination, billing, measurements, approvals and government liaison.
• Available to start immediately and work fully on‑site.
