Site Inspector – Construction Projects

About the role

Orange Abasan Private Limited is looking for an experienced Site Inspector to oversee on‑site activities for major highway and bridge projects. You will ensure that construction work meets design specifications, schedules, budgets, and safety standards while supporting the delivery of high‑value infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and execute site management plans, including resource allocation and material procurement.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on the site.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel, providing guidance to ensure quality workmanship.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Liaise with local authorities and utility providers to secure necessary approvals.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering with strong computer literacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on highway or bridge projects exceeding Rs 100 Crore, with at least 2 years in a similar supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
