About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Execution Manager to lead and oversee construction site projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site execution projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all projects meet specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to keep deadlines on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams for successful delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in site execution or construction project management.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
